A short work by KDH Dance Company, premiered at the 10th Anniversary of Austin Dance Festival in 2025:
HOW THE WEST WAS feels like the modern world and the Wild West had a baby that they attempted to gentle-parent through a very precarious time. Abstract and at times surreal, at others hyper focused on micro moments, this piece was born out of an election age, changing landscapes, and a practice of mindful navigation through an unpredictable world.
