Beginner/Intermediate Modern

Class Description

In Kathy Dunn Hamrick's feel-good modern dance classes, adults of all ages come together in a kind and welcoming community to participate in a fast-paced warm-up, practice technical and improvisational skills, and learn choreography. Kathy introduces new material every Saturday and re-teaches it on the following Wednesday at a faster pace and with optional modifications that further challenge the dancers. Expect great music, a sweaty work out, and a heavy dose of joy.
